1. Where and when does the County Commission meet?

The Commission meets in regular session on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse, 701 G Street, Brunswick. These meetings are broadcast live on cable channel 99 and this website under the media center.

2. How can I find out who my Commissioner is?

The County Commission consists of seven members. Five Commissioners are elected from single districts and two serve at large. A district map and links to the Commissioners' pages can be accessed here

3. How can I sign up for the Public Comment Period?

A Public Comment Period is held at the beginning of each regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners. The meetings are held the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse, 701 G Street, Brunswick. You must sign up to speak during the Public Comment Period. To do so, call the County Commission office at 554-7400 between 8:00 a.m. Monday and 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday of the meeting week. Read the Policy
