Glynn County has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce our transition from a paper-based solicitation process to a full automated free web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. Effective July 1st, 2023 Glynn County will post all bids and proposals on our OpenGov Procurement site. All bids and proposals will be required to be submitted electronically through this portal. No paper bids or proposals will be accepted. To receive notifications, please be sure to sign up / register to bid, and to receive notifications please subscribe to Glynn County.
