This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the replacement of turtle friendly bollard lights to illuminate the sidewalks areas in Neptune Park. The existing light have been there a long time and are just not continuing to hold up to the pressure of high tourist traffic.
