The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks bids from interested and qualified companies to provide the Replacement of Lighting at the Glynn County 4th Street Public Safety Towers. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Procurement Officer (front counter in Glynn County Finance). The sealed submission may be delivered to the Purchasing Office located at the above address up to 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2020 at which time bids will be opened and publicly read.
Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted as a result of this invitation must include the "Bid Fee Form" and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED BID" with the applicable "BID NUMBER" on the outside. Bids may not be considered unless so received.
There will be a pre-bid conference for this project on October 5, 2020. The meeting will be held at the Glynn County Pate Building Annex at 1725 Reynolds Street, 2nd Floor, Brunswick, GA 31520 at 2:00pm CST. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Vickie Lane at no later than October 9, 2020. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than October 16, 2020. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
