  2. The Glynn County Animal Control Spay / Neuter 2018/2019 Spay Neuter Grant Initiative

    Glynn County Animal Control is proud to offer another spay / neuter program! The Bissell Pet Foundation has provided us with funding for approximately 150 to 200 dogs and cats to be spayed or neutered at out shelter by our Veterinarian, Dr. Jim Rich! This program is open to families who meet or are below the federal poverty guidelines for subsidization and who reside in Glynn County. A valid government issued ID (I.e. drivers license) and a document with proof of income are required. Questions about the program? Call 554-7500 or email Please note - you must show proof of current Rabies vaccination for your pet (s) at time of surgery. If your pet does not have a current Rabies Vaccination, we can perform this for a $12.00 fee. Also - You will have the option for a free microchip to be implanted and registered at the time of surgery.
