1. What is a Service Request?

A non-emergency request to Glynn County Board of Commissioners. *Call 911 in case of Emergency.

2. Do I need internet connectivity to submit a request?

Yes. A data plan or wi-fi is required to submit a service request.

3. What information should I put in the "Notes" field?

You should put as much information as you can about the issue. The more detail the easier for County's staff to resolve the issue.

4. What happens to the requests I submit?

Your service request is routed to the County department that is responsible for the service and they will perform any actions as needed.

5. Can I submit a service request if I don’t have a mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, go to the county web site ( www.glynncounty.org ) and report a concern.

6. Can I use this application if my physical location is in the City of Brunswick?

Yes. Any request related to a County Service or County Facility can be entered. For example, traffic signals in the City are maintained by Glynn County Traffic Department and a service request can be submitted. Any City related service request should be submitted to City Hall, you can contact them by dialing 912-267-5500.

7. What if the correct address is not displaying on the location?

You can either move the address location by clicking on the map or click on the search function and enter the address. You can also save a location and submit it later when you have Internet connection.
