Glynn County Personal Transportation Vehicle Ordinance

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to Chapter 2-15 of the Glynn County Code of Ordinances at their meeting on July 18, 2019. The Amendment is attached and was set to become effective 90 calendar days from the date of adoption.

However, at their meeting on October 17, 2019, the Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution enacting a moratorium on the enforcement of the Glynn County Personal Transportation Vehicle Ordinance for a period of ninety (90) days, expiring on January 15, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

At their meeting on January 16, 2020, the Board of Commissioners adopted a second Resolution enacting a moratorium on the enforcement of the Glynn County Personal Transportation Vehicle Ordinance. This time the moratorium will last for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days, expiring on July 13, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.
