Public Review Notice
August 28, 2018, The Brunswick Area Transportation Study (BATS) will open a 30 day public
comment period for the draft 2018 Title VI Discrimination Policies and Procedures.
The Title VI Discrimination Policies and Procedures outlines the efforts that BATS undertakes to
ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other subsequent statues,
regulations and Executive Orders.
The Draft 2018 Title VI Discrimination Policies and Procedures can be viewed, and written
comments submitted, at the Glynn County Community Development Dept. at 1725 Reynolds St,
Brunswick. You can also review the document online at:
