GLYNN COUNTY POLICE ARE CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR Arthur Gareth Milks, white male, brown hair, blue eyes, 5’10” in height, 210 lbs. subject has tattoos on each shoulders, one of a sun and the other is a tribal design. Milks fled on foot from a traffic stop conducted by Glynn County Police Officer Bobby Black at approximately 2:00 AM on July 31st 2010 in the area of Crispen Blvd. And Ga.27. Milks is wanted by the Tennessee Department of Corrections for Escape. On July 25th, 2010 Milks escaped from the Henderson County Jail in Tennessee. Milks was serving a 22 year sentence on 31 convictions for burglary and weapon charges. The Code Red telephone notification system has been utilized to alert residents in the area Milks was last seen in, to contact police if they observe a subject matching Milks description. There has been no reason to believe that Milks is armed or dangerous at this time, however Citizens are asked not to approach Milks themselves and be cautious and alert. Anyone with information in regards to this subject is asked to call the Glynn County Police Department at 554-7800 or 911.
