Members of the Glynn County Board of Commissioners and County Administration Offices welcome you to our community! With a population of approximately 80,000 people, Glynn County is big enough to have the amenities you need, yet still small enough for you to get to know your neighbors. Our community is an ideal place to live, work and play. Our mission is to “make Glynn County the premier place to live and work in the southeastern United States through the provision of quality services to the citizens, and a safe, harmonious work environment for our employees”.
As you settle into your new home, you will probably have many questions. Information on all County services, programs, and departments is available on this website. We encourage you to use this site frequently. Also, County information and announcements appear regularly in our local newspapers; The Brunswick News, the Islander and the Harbor Sound.
County services are housed in multiple locations. Please call our Customer Service Department at (912) 554.7111 if you need help in locating a particular office or if you have any questions regarding the County or our services. County business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of the Property Appraisal and Tax Commissioner Offices which open at 8:30 a.m.
