Operating information on low speed or personal transportation vehicles on county streets.
These vehicles are only to be driven on streets with a posted speed limit of less than 35 MPH, and NOT permitted on state highways
Licensed drivers only. For persons with license restrictions regarding passengers, all restrictions apply to these vehicles
One passenger per seat
Child restraints and child safety seats are required
