The purpose of the Altamaha Regional Park Advisory Board is to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners and the County Manager, as appropriate, with respect to policies, operations, and administration in an effort to maximize operation efficiency of Altamaha Regional Park.

Altamaha Regional Park Advisory Board Bylaws
Current Advisory Board Member(s):
The purpose and duty of the Animal Control Advisory Board is to advise the Board of Commissioners and the County Manager as appropriate, regarding facilities, rules and procedures which will protect the public, protect animals and cultivate owner responsibility for animals.
The Board meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Harold Pate Courthouse Annex at 1725 Reynolds St in Brunswick in the 2nd floor conference room.

Animal Control Advisory Board Bylaws
The purpose of the Marshes of Glynn Libraries is to enlighten and enrich the citizens of Glynn County by providing responsive, dynamic library services to meet the informational, educational, and recreational needs of the population.
The MOGL Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM in the auditorium of the Brunswick-Glynn County Library, 208 Gloucester Street, in Brunswick.

Marshes of Glynn Libraries Board Bylaws
Current Marshes of Glynn Libraries Board Member(s):
The purpose of the Board shall be to serve Glynn County with a secure and effectively managed voter registration and election system dedicated to encouraging maximum participation by all eligible Glynn County residents.
The Glynn County Board of Elections meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Elections Training Room, 1815 Gloucester Street, in Brunswick.

The purpose of the Glynn County Tree Advisory Board is to enhance the economic, ecological, and social benefits trees provide.
Meeting Schedule Meetings are usually held the last Monday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the Ballard Complex Conference Room, 325 Old Jesup Road, in Brunswick.

Glynn County Tree Advisory Board Bylaws
Current Glynn County Tree Advisory Board Members:
The purpose of the Selden Park board is to discuss any and all issues and concerns of Selden Park, and as a group come together and vote to approve or not approve. The advisory board duties are to make recommendations in the policies and planning, become familiar with the master plan and financial structure, and advise and assist the Glynn County Board of Commissioners, County Manager, and Recreation Director upon request.
Current Selden Park Advisory Board Members
The purpose of the Glynn County Board of Tax Assessors is to ensure that yearly listings are produced in a timely manner, accurately reflect current “Fair Market Value”, and value all properties in a fair and uniform manner. It is also the Board of Tax Assessors’ purpose to support and maintain a Property Appraisal Office whose employees determine these valuations while conducting themselves in a professional, courteous, cooperative, responsible and respectful manner. The Board also compiles tax digest information to be submitted yearly to the State Department of Revenue.
The Glynn County Board of Tax Assessors meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at the W. Harold Pate Building, in the 2nd floor conference room, 1725 Reynolds Street, in Brunswick.

The Glynn County Board of Appeals meets when needed on the second Thursday of each month at 10 AM in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room at the Glynn County Historic Courthouse, 701 'G' Street, in Brunswick. Meetings are not shown on Cable TV at this time.

ISLANDS PLANNING COMMISSION
The Islands Planning Commission (IPC) is composed of seven citizens who are residents of St. Simons Island/Sea Island, and who are appointed by the Board of Commissioners for four-year terms. The IPC makes decisions and recommendations on matters concerning the growth and developments of the County, specifically as it applies to St. Simons Island, Sea Island, and Little St. Simons Island.

The Mainland Planning Commission (MPC) is composed of seven citizens who are residents of Glynn County but NOT residents of St. Simons Island/Sea Island, and who are appointed by the Board of Commissioners for four-year terms. The MPC Makes decisions and recommendations on matters concerning the growth and development of the County, specifically as it applies to the unincorporated area orther than St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Little St. Simons Island, and Jekyll Island.
