County Lawsuit Information - Coleman v. Glynn County (Scarlett-Williams)
CLASS LIST INFORMATION – December 8, 2020
In accordance with the Final Approval Order and Judgment (“Final Judgement”) entered in the Coleman v. Glynn County cases which can be found at https://glynncounty.org/DocumentCenter/View/64686/file-stamped-Final-Approval-Order-and-Judgment-110819, Larry Griggers and Gregg Reese, the Administrators appointed by the Court, have completed the confirmation of taxpayers entitled to refunds and individual refund calculations.
The deadline for the initial filing of a claim has now expired. Administrators have completed their review of all claims and delivered the final list of those entitled to refunds and the amounts to the Coleman Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator, who received the final list data on November 13, 2020. The Coleman Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator will issue refund checks within thirty (30) days of receipt of the final list.
