Civil and Criminal Calendars


COVID-19 and Superior Court Clerk’s Office

We urge people who are ill or suspect they have been exposed to COVID-19 to avoid the courthouse.

The Superior and Magistrate Court Clerk’s office will remain open for essential functions.

In Superior Court, essential functions including the child support payment function, Real Estate recordings, property records search, filings in civil and criminal cases, Family Violence Petitions and others will continue.

In Magistrate Court, essential functions including search warrants, criminal arrest warrants, first appearance hearings and bond hearings will continue.

All Magistrate Court hearings have been cancelled until further notice

All Superior Court civil hearings and trials, both jury and non-jury, are cancelled through April 13, 2020.  This includes domestic matters and chambers calendars.  Hearings for the following days have been continued until further notice:
