A Notary Commission is issued through the Clerk of Superior Court. Information about becoming a Notary Public can be found on the Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority website at https://www.gsccca.org/notary-and-apostilles/notaries/general-notary-information.
A notary public commission can be obtained thru the Glynn County Clerk of Superior Court located at 701 H Street, Brunswick, GA 31520.
NEW and RENEWAL APPLICATIONS:
You must apply in the county you reside.
The witness and notary must also reside in Glynn County and can not be related to the applicant.
You're notary can not be one of your witnesses.
Please bring in a valid driver's license and the address on the license must match the address on the application.
Once you have the application filled out completely, bring the completed and notarized application along with $47.50 (Cash, check, or Money Order) to the Clerk of Superior Court Office.
Notary applications must be submitted to our office for processing within 30 days of applying

Once you have filled out your notary application online at www.gsccca.org and the notary and endorsers have been completed, please bring the completed application to the Clerk of Superior Court.
