Important Rental Information
- You must be 21 years or older to secure one of our facilities. Please see our rental contract here.
- Outdoor facilities are available for rent from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday-Sunday. All Pavilions come with electricity and water.
- Rental hours for the Gymnasium and Activity Room include your set-up and clean-up time. All tables must be covered. If there are damages, or the facility is not clean, your deposit may be forfeited.
- When renting the pool, an additional $11.00 per hour lifeguard fee is charged for events involving an additional 20 people. A minimum of 2 lifeguards is required for all pool rentals.
- If you are looking to have more than 100 people and/or serve alcohol at your function a Public Conduct Permit will need to be completed and turned into the Glynn County Police Department at least 2 weeks before your scheduled function.
- Additional Site attendant fee of $50 when serving alcohol. Alcohol handout
