Flow Yoga with Dixie Howell- Held every Wednesday at Ballard Gym at 11:00 a.m.  Each session includes 10 consecutive Wednesdays for $50.00.  To register please click the link in the left hand column for online registration and scroll through selections until you see your class choice.

Mauney's Self Defense

A realistic Martial Arts system of American Karate, a blend of several martial arts and combative systems. For kids over 6 and adults. This ongoing class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at the Ballard Community Building. The fee is $50.00/ month and there is no contract required, family discounts are available.



Martial Arts for Kids

Kids ages 5 and 6 will learn self-defense and martial arts. Benefits include discipline, body control, exercise, and self confidence. Class is held in conjunction with Mauney's Self Defense. This ongoing class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at the Ballard Community Building. The fee is $50.00/month and there is no contract required, family discounts are available.

Clogging

Clogging is a great way to get exercise and have fun. No experience is needed and two left feet are no problem. If you can count to 3, you can learn to clog. No partner or equipment is necessary, wear comfy clothes and flat shoes that will slide. Everyone is welcome, adults and children ages 6 and up. The class fee is $15.00 a month.
