(a) No person may store, dispose, leave, cause to be left, throw, place, dump or to cause or permit the dumping, depositing, or placing of any scrap tires on any public or private property in the unincorporated area of Glynn County

Open Burning— Issues
(a) No person shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit open burning in any area of Glynn County to include tires or other rubber products, plastics, heavy oils or asphaltic based or impregnated materials, with the following exceptions:

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person having an ownership or leasehold interest in property, having a contractual obligation to manage property, or occupying property to maintain or cause or permit to be maintained uncut grass or weeds on such property
