Glynn County Strategic Plan (Draft)

The Glynn County Strategic Plan (Draft) is a working document comprised of goals and objectives for all of Glynn County. The Board of Commissioners developed a County Vision Statement in February 2011 at it's board retreat. This vision statement including community wide goals that the Commission envisioned all organizations in Glynn County aspiring to achieve. 

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners worked with a committee of local leaders to elaborate on the vision statement and craft objectives in nine key areas. The Strategic Plan (Draft) is a 18-page document that details these objectives and the subcommittee members that participated in each.
