3.        Consider a proposal to conduct a champion tree competition for Glynn County. (D. Gardner)

4.         Presentation from Rob Mercer on a pilot project to evaluate the efficacy of application of 
            growth regulators to power transmission corridor trees on St. Simons Island to extend   
            pruning cycle intervals. (D. Gardner)
