Miniature Monet Art Series- Held every Friday from 4:00 to 5:30 at the Casino on Saint Simons Island.  To register please click the link in the left hand column for online registration and scroll through selections until you find your class choice.  Please see flyer for more information.

Yoga In The Park- Held every Tuesday and Thursday beginning in the month of October.  Choose from the 11:00 a.m. Yoga: Meditation in Motion (low impact) or 5:30 Energy Yoga classes.  Each session includes 8 classes and is $40.00 for the month.  Choose both classes (16 in all) and pay a monthly fee of $75.00.  There is also a $12 drop in fee if you prefer to take classes as your schedule permits.  You can sign up the day of class, in one of our offices, or online.  (Click Online Registration on the left and scroll through the options).  Please see flyer for more information.


Ongoing Classes:

Newbern's Self Defense

A realistic Martial Arts system of American Karate, a blend of several martial arts and combative systems. For kids over 6 and adults. This ongoing class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at the Ballard Community Building. The fee is $50.00/ month and there is no contract required, family discounts are available.



Martial Arts for Kids

Kids ages 5 and 6 will learn self-defense and martial arts. Benefits include discipline, body control, exercise, and self confidence. Class is held in conjunction with Newbern's Self Defense. This ongoing class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at the Ballard Community Building. The fee is $50.00/month and there is no contract required, family discounts are available.

Clogging

Clogging is a great way to get exercise and have fun. No experience is needed and two left feet are no problem. If you can count to 3, you can learn to clog. No partner or equipment is necessary, wear comfy clothes and flat shoes that will slide. Everyone is welcome, adults and children ages 6 and up. The class fee is $15.00 a month.
